- PayPal: Please contact us providing: a) The name of the payment provider b) Your mobile phone number (if you bought tokens via SMS or the last 4 digits of your credit card number) c) The number of tokens that you have purchased d) The date and time of the purchase
- All purchases are processed by Facebook. If you have not received your tokens after 24 hours please follow this link to see your Payment History and if needed dispute a specific purchase
