The Continental Competitions consists of 3 most prestigious competitions: 
Elite League
Gold League
Ultimate Cup

Even though the Elite and Gold League take place in parallel, once the competitions are over, the clubs who won the Elite and Gold League will meet in the Ultimate Cup to determine who triumphs the Continental Competitions for the current season.
