Make sure to follow the steps below if you wish to request account/personal data deletion:
- Log in to Top Eleven,
- Tap on the Home button,
- Click on the Settings (gear) button,
- Swipe left until you reach the Legal and data privacy tab, and
- Tap the Request button to request an Account/personal data deletion.
Once you follow the last step, you will receive two notifications to confirm your account/personal data deletion request, followed by a notification stating that your request has been successfully processed, if you confirmed the request previously.
Please note deletion requests need to be requested by you via game. Once initiated, account deletion cannot be reverted, and removed accounts cannot be restored.
