What is an inactive account?
We have 2 very clear criteria that help us determine whether or not we consider your account as inactive. If you met both of these criteria your account will be considered as inactive:
- Account is inactive for more than 90 days, meaning that the player has not logged in to the game even once during this period.
- Account did not make any in-game purchase in its lifetime.
Can I create a new account and play again?
Absolutely! We welcome you to come back to the game at any time and invite you to create new accounts whenever you are ready!
