I play on iOS:
  • Go to App Store to update the game.
  • Uninstall Top Eleven, reboot your device and reinstall it from the App Store. Please note that by reinstalling the app, you won’t lose your team.
  • If your team is connected to Facebook, please log out and log in from the Facebook app on mobile, then try logging in to Top Eleven again.
 
I play on Android:
  • Clear the app’s cache memory via the Application Manager, then restart Top Eleven.
  • Go to the Google Play Store to update the game.
  • Uninstall Top Eleven, reboot your device and reinstall it from Google Play Store. Please note that by reinstalling the app, you won’t lose your team.
  • If your team is connected to Facebook, please log out and log in from the Facebook app on mobile, then try logging in to Top Eleven again.
I play on the Web:
  • Reload the page and close any other open applications.
  • Completely close and restart your browser. Make sure you don't have any other browser tab or window open before restarting. After restarting, open Top Eleven and avoid opening any other tab or window in your browser.
