New provider TyrAds was added on May 20th, replacing the previously available providers.
You will still be able to complete any offers you started with previous providers until June 30th, 2026. After this date, unfinished offers from previous providers will no longer be available.
If you have not received the Tokens after completing a Token Task, the possible reasons are:
You have not met all the requirements mentioned in the offer conditions.
You have not completed the offer directly from the offer provider’s wall but from another page.
There is a delay in processing the offer. In some cases Offer Providers might need up to 7 days to process the offer so please be patient before reaching out to them.
Also, please keep in mind some common pitfalls:
Token Tasks usually require that you are installing the other game for the first time or registering a new account in it.
Token Tasks are time-limited. Make sure to complete the task in the specified time frame.
Token Tasks are device-specific. They must be completed on the same device.
Token Tasks need to be initiated directly from links on the in-game Token Tasks screen.
