Apple Refund Request
Some purchases from the App Store, iTunes Store, Apple Books, or other Apple services might be eligible for a refund, you can check eligibility in Apple’s Returns & Refunds policy.
Please note that Nordeus does not have the ability to process these refunds since purchases are made through the iOS payment platform.

Google Refund Request
Depending on Google's refund policy, some Google Play purchases may qualify for a refund. In order to raise a refund request directly with Google please follow this LINK.
If you are unable to raise a request directly with Google or did not receive an answer you can reach out to us. Please follow these steps in order to request a refund directly from us:
Locate the “?” widget within your game
Share the exact amount of the items you have purchased
Share the Date and the Amount of your purchase
Share your Google Order ID number or a screenshot of your Google Purchase receipt
Facebook Purchase Refund request
In order to request a refund please:
Log in to your Facebook account
Click in the top-right corner of any Facebook page and select “Settings”
Click “Payments” in the left side menu
Click “View” next to “Purchase History” in the “Payments” window
Then, select the purchase which you would like to be refunded for
Click the “Dispute this purchase” button
Make sure that you fill in all the required fields to request a refund
Refund requests for other Stores
For purchases made on other Stores, please get in touch with their support teams directly with any questions or requests for refund.

Please note that Nordeus does not have the ability to process these refunds since purchases are made through their corresponding Stores.
You may request to cancel, return, or exchange purchases of digital content within 14 days of purchase if such a request meets the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.
Please note that as soon as your purchase has been added to your account (which may happen automatically), or once you otherwise use, redeem or download the digital content (if earlier), you will lose the right to request a refund under our Refund Policy.
This does not affect any rights you may have to return faulty products under any applicable consumer protection laws.
EEA & UK Players:
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, prior to completing your purchase, please note that you consented to your purchase being immediately added to your account and you acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel once your purchase has been added to your account.
