Most of the time, Tokens are delivered immediately, but sometimes it may take a while for them to arrive. When a delay occurs, it means the purchase remains in processing. There’s no need to try and buy them again, they should arrive soon.

If you still haven’t received a purchase made more than 24 hours ago, please contact us with the following information:

1. Gmail address you use for Google Wallet purchases.
2. Google Play receipt of your purchase.

This way we’ll be able to confirm whether or not the transaction made it to your account.
