The Top Eleven Bundesliga Jersey Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF, AND RESIDING IN, THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, AUSTRIA, FRANCE, GERMANY, NEW ZEALAND, SPAIN, SWITZERLAND, AND THE UNITED KINGDOM, WHO HAVE A VALID ACCOUNT FOR TOP ELEVEN (“The Game”), WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Establishing a Top Eleven account is free. All The Top Eleven terms apply. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Zynga Inc. (“Sponsor”), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective subsidiaries and any advertising and promotion agencies engaged for publication of the Game are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, national and local laws.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Top Eleven Bundesliga Jersey ("Sweepstakes") starts on December 18, 2025, at 7:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) / 16:00 Central European Time (“CET”) and ends at 5:00 PM PT on January 24 2026 / 02:00 AM CET on January 25 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
TO ENTER: Eligible players can enter during the Sweepstakes Period in the following ways:
1) Via in-game entry:
Complete the Bundesliga Gallery Feature Event in the Top Eleven game and collect all possible in-game Superstars for all 18 Bundesliga clubs during the Sweepstakes period. Completion of the Bundesliga Gallery Feature Event via collection of all the Bundesliga Superstar players (198 in total) will earn user one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
2) Via web entry without purchase:
Complete the form located here to earn the user one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Eligible players may enter up to one (1) time by either entry method during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants are not permitted to share the same Zynga User ID or Player ID or email address. Entries from any player in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries must be received by 5:00 PM PT on January 24 2026 / 2:00 AM CET on January 25 2026. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
DRAWING/WINNER NOTIFICATION: Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about seven (7) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified via in-game messaging and may be required to execute and return, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, W-9 Form (if a U.S. resident) or other tax document as may be required based on the winner’s jurisdiction of residence, and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. If a potential winner is unable to be contacted or fails to respond within five (5) days of date of notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, applicable prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected in a further random drawing for any prize after which the applicable prize shall remain unawarded. Only after Sponsor’s verification of the potential winners’ eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules will the potential winners be deemed the “Winners.”
Prizes (5): Upon confirmation of potential winners' eligibility, five (5) winners ("Winner," collectively "Winners") will each receive one (1) replica Home Bundesliga jersey for the 2025/2026 year ("Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") per Prize is up to $100. Prize does not include additional optional jersey add-ons (Player Number, Patches, etc.).
Total ARV of all prizes is up to $500.
Prizes are awarded “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, except the legal warranty (including the warranty for hidden defects) owed by the manufacturer of the products awarded as Prizes. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer Prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize or any part of the Prize for a prize of comparable or greater value. All Prize details as to the merchandise goodie bag are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number, or country equivalent, before the Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099, or country equivalent, may be issued in the name of the Winner for the actual value of the prizes received. The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for and will not replace a lost, mutilated or stolen Prize if not due to the fault of the Released Parties or if the Prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the Winner because of an incorrect or changed address.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, address (city and state/province), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
GENERAL CONDITIONS/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: EXCEPT GERMAN RESIDENTS To the extent permitted by law, entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including personal injury and/or death (other than in respect of any personal injury and/or death that is caused by Sponsor’s negligence), fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, email, comments, @replies, messages, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the platform. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability for certain categories of loss or damage, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to all entrants or shall only apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In the event that any of the above limitations or exclusions of liability are not enforceable under applicable law, the affected limitation or exclusion of liability shall be deemed omitted from these Official Rules and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Official Rules.
FOR GERMAN RESIDENTS ONLY: Sponsor shall be liable for damages in the event of intent and gross negligence. In the event of slight negligence, Sponsor shall only be liable as follows:
a) for damages arising from injury to life, body or health;
b) for damages arising from the breach of a substantial contractual duty (Cardinal Obligation). Cardinal duties are such obligations, the fulfilment of which allow the proper performance of the contract in the first place and the breach of which endangers the achievement of the purpose of the contract and on the compliance which entrants may regularly rely upon. In case of a slightly negligent breach of a Cardinal Duty, Sponsor’s liability shall be limited to the typically foreseeable damage unless it is a matter of claims for damages by the customer arising from injury to life, body or health.
For UK entrants only: Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or for any other matter in respect of which it would be unlawful to limit or exclude liability.
Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or The Game or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, and subject to the entrants’ reasonable prior notice, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
The above provisions apply to the fullest extent permissible by law, save that, to the extent an Eligible Country’s law applies, nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude or limit the Sponsor’s or Released Parties’ liability for: (i) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (ii) death or personal injury caused by such party’s negligence; or (iii) any other type of liability which may not be lawfully excluded or limited.
DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. Entrants resident in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association and entrants hereby agree that any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.
For German residents: Sponsor is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
USE OF DATA: Any personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with its privacy policy for the sole purposes of conducting, administering and marketing the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby acknowledge that: (i) they have read and understood Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid legitimate interest in processing their personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by their own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

WINNER LIST: A list of the Winners in the form of surname and country, or such other reasonable form selected by Sponsor, may be requested by contacting The Top Eleven Customer Support at community.contests@topeleven.com.
UK entrants may object to the publication of information about them or request that the amount of information published be reduced, by contacting Sponsor. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Sponsor may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the UK Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen if Sponsor is required to demonstrate that it has awarded the advertised Prizes.
