If the FA captain is inactive for 21 days or more, he will be demoted automatically to be the Vice-captain, and another active Manager will take over his captaincy. 

The longest-serving Vice-captain will then become the next FA Captain. If there are no Vice-captains, the Manager who has been a member of the Association for the longest period will become the Captain. 

Reminder - the captain's role can:
- customise the association, edit its name, emblem, and description
- choose a preferred time for home matches
- add members to the Association, promote and demote them or kick them out
- change the tactics, mentality and formation in the One team squad

The Vice-captain can do everything mentioned above, but he can not demote members, nor can he promote them to Captains.
