Elite League is part of the Continental Competitions. This prestigious competition consists of 36 clubs that will test their skills in a two-phase structure.
The League Phase is the first phase of the competition where every team faces 8 different opponents in 8 matches on both away and home grounds. As for the structure, the following competition journey depends on the leaderboard standing in the first phase of the Elite League:
- Teams who finish 1st - 8th on the leaderboard will directly qualify for the Rounds of 16.
- Teams who finish 9th - 24th place will continue their progress through the Play-offs, to decide who will join the first 8 clubs in the Rounds of 16 competing for the Elite League trophy.
- For the teams who finish 25th - 36th place the competition will end here for the current season.
The second phase of the competition is the Knockout phase where the most successful teams meet in the rounds of two-legged home and away matches until the final. Note that final matches are being played on a neutral venue.
Qualifications for the Elite League:
All clubs who finished in the top 4 in the League or played in the Ultimate Cup in the previous season, qualify for the Elite League for the current season.
