A tiered-up player will still keep the Player Tier increase in the new season/ in the seasons to come, however, his OVR will still decrease by 20%. As an example, a player who has reached the Elite Tier will lose 20% of his OVR, but the Key Attribute increase of +30% gained through player tiers will be maintained in the next season.
