By completing chapter objectives you can earn points. You can keep track of your total earned points on the reward track and progress towards worthy rewards. Even though you don’t have to claim your rewards right away, some of them can significantly enhance your performance throughout the season. 
Bear in mind that rewards are not auto-claimable and will disappear after the event ends, so make sure you claim them in time.

When you manage to complete all objectives during one match in a chapter - you will unlock the Master reward. Please note this is the only way a Manager can win the Master reward.
Every chapter holds a unique Master Reward and it can only be claimed once.
