The Clubs Clash is an exciting new format held instead of one of our standard 9-hole Tournament flights on the 16th and 17th of March. While you still play solo to achieve the lowest score, you are now also a part of a competitive Leaderboard, where your performance is ranked against other Golfers.

🏅The Leaderboard

Joining the first edition of the Clubs Clash is completely free of charge.

Upon joining the Clubs Clash, you are placed in a group of 20 Golfers with a similar skillset and strength, ensuring that every Golfer has a shot at the Top 3 spots based on their performance.

🏆How does the scoring work?

Like in the regular Tournament, the goal is to complete each hole in as few shots as possible. Your score for each hole is recorded on a scorecard. The higher the negative number earned, the better the ranking

If you are not satisfied with your score, there are two ways to improve it. The system always keeps your best score, and not the most recent one.

  1. Replaying a hole: if you are not satisfied with your score on a specific hole, you can replay it and try to beat your previous score. The number of replays needed for a hole depends on the hole you are revisiting.

You have two Replay stashes - your permanent Golf Gear and your Event Stash. You can transfer Replays from your Gear into the Event, but be careful: any Replay Currency remaining in the Event Stash when the Tournament ends will be lost.

    2. Retrying a shot: You can now redo your shots an unlimited number of times by getting a Retry directly within the match.

⚖️What are the tiebreakers if we have the same score?

If two or more players finish with the same score, the following tiebreakers will determine the final ranking:

  • Primary Tiebreaker (Shot Quality): The player with the better shots takes the lead. We look at who secured more Holes-in-One, Albatrosses, Eagles, etc.

  • Secondary Tiebreaker (Completion Time): If the shot quality is also identical, the ranking is decided by speed. The player who finished the tournament first will take the higher spot on the leaderboard.

🎁Prizes

The prizes you receive depend on your placement on the Leaderboard. All Golfers on the Leaderboard will receive the rewards, with the Top 10 securing various prizes, including Coins, Wild and Random Shards, Club Cards, Special Balls, Replay Tickets, Special Offer Tokens, and Emojis. The best prizes are reserved for the Top 3 spots on the Leaderboard.

Does Clubs Clash replace the standard Tournament?

The Club Clash replaces one of the 9-hole Tournament flights. You can still play the three regular Tournament flights with the traditional Prize Map, while the new format offers an additional opportunity for prestige and high-tier Leaderboard rewards.
