If you have not received the Gems after completing a Free Gems Offer, the possible reasons are:
  • You have not met all the requirements mentioned in the offer conditions.
  • You have not completed the offer directly from the offer provider’s wall but from another page.
  • There is a delay in processing the offer. In some cases, the offer provider might need up to 7 days to process the offer so please be patient before reaching out to them.
Also, please keep in mind some common pitfalls:
  • Gems Offers usually require that you are installing the other game for the first time or registering a new account in it.
  • Gems Offers are time-limited. Make sure to complete the task in the specified time frame.
  • Gems Offers are device-specific. They must be completed on the same device.
  • Gems Offers need to be initiated directly from links on the RevU website.

If you have fulfilled all the above criteria, and still have not received your Gems, you should contact RevU customer support directly:

Step 1: Open your RevU offerwall 

Go to Store → Free Offers → Free Gems. Taping it will automatically take you to the RevU website.

Step 2: Click the Support button on the top right of the RevU offerwall.

Step 3: It will show all offers you’ve clicked or completed in the past 30 days. Here, you can see their status. If you have any complaints, select the offer and click Contact Support.

Step 4: Fill out the form with all of the requested data to assist the offer provider in locating your account.

Share information showing that you've completed the offer requirements. Submit the screenshot or confirmation email showing the offer requirements were met. 

The form will ask for your Order ID, User Number, or Player ID.  This is your ​​unique account ID with the offer provider. Do not enter your Golf Rival ID or username in this field.
