If you have changed your device, your game will start with a new Guest account, you need to find "switch accounts” in-game settings to log back to your old account. Choose Facebook/email to log in.

If you didn't link a Facebook/email with your account, you need to open the game on your old phone, then click "protect your account" in game settings.
