To download your data please follow these steps:

1. Click on Settings 
2. Click Service and Privacy
3. Click on Personal Data Request
4. A pop-up for Personal Data Request will be displayed. ( Read through)

5. Click on  privacy.zynga.com in the pop up. Your Player ID will be displayed and below it, you will see a button "Request Personal Data" .  After clicking on it you should select "Request a Copy of Your Personal Data" and your request will be sent.
