To change your profile picture, you should link your account to Facebook, which will automatically sync your profile photo and username. You can't change your profile picture when you are in Guest mode.

To do this, go to: Menu → Settings → Protect your account → Facebook.

Please note that this is the only way of getting a personalized profile picture and username.
