We highly suggest you protect your account so you can easily access it when situations like these occur.
To do this, go to: Menu → Settings → Protect your account. You can select if you would like to use Facebook, E-mail, or Apple ID to protect your account.
If you’ve already protected your account using Facebook, please make sure you’re logged into the right Facebook account that is linked to Golf Rival.
If the solutions above do not apply to you, contact our support. When doing so, please provide us with proof that you are trying to get into your account by sending us an email address or account ID linked to the account and the purchase IDs.
- For purchases made on the Play store, you should be able to find them on email invoices sent to you when the purchase was made. The purchase ID format is GPA.XXX.XXX.XXX.
- For purchases made on the Apple store, go to the App Store → Your photo at the top right of the screen → Purchase History. The purchase ID format is MKXXXXXX.
