Some players may have their Facebook accounts unlinked after updating the game. Please try to log in again with your Facebook account in-game; the game should update your progress. If it does not work, please try reinstalling the game on your device. Or try to contact us in-game support. By going to Settings > Help & Support and tap ‘Contact Us’ in the upper right-hand corner. Please take details of that account, account ID, email address linked with the account, or the purchase ID (GPA.XXX.XXX.XXX for the Google store,  for the Apple store you need to show a screenshot of the purchase page the purchase ID can be MKXXXXXX)  from the APP store.
