The ring method of Golf Rival has nothing to do with clubs. You can estimate the ball's landing point by observing the color of the outermost ring.
We have 3 targets:
First, remember to aim up your shot as if there is no wind, then bring where you think the value of the wind is on the target circle, to the exact spot where the center of the target circle is now.
The ball will always land in the center of the arrow.
Visualize a straight line from the center of the target circle, to the outside circle, going through the middle of the arrow.
Let's take the White Ring as an example:
Without the wind effect, your land point should be at the center white dot.
Suppose there is a 6-level vertical upward wind as the arrow showing in the white circle(Every 3 levels of wind, the landing point will be one ring FARTHER from the center), then a 6-level vertical upward wind means your land point will be moved to the second ring.
Suppose there is an 8.2-level rightward wind as the arrow showing in the following pic (Every 3 levels of wind, the landing point will be one ring FARTHER from the center), then an 8.2-level rightward wind means your land point will be moved to around the white point place.
One more example, this time we will use the Yellow Ring:
Without the wind effect, your land point should be at the center yellow dot.
Suppose there is a 17-level left downward wind as the arrow showing in the following pic (Every 6 levels of wind, the landing point will be one ring FARTHER from the center), then a 17-level rightward wind means your land point will be moved to around the white point place.
Now let's look at the Green Ring:
Without the wind effect, your land point should be at the center green dot.
Suppose there is a 38-level right downward wind as the arrow showing in the following pic (Every 15 levels of wind, the landing point will be one ring farther from the center), then a 38-level rightward wind means your land point will be moved to around the white point place.
