The competition rules and promotion criteria remain the same. Your League placement remains unchanged. All Champions will continue competing in the new League tier that corresponds to their current one.
With the League redesign, we are expanding the Tournament tiers from 4 to 6 Tiers.
Additionally, we are introducing an OVR cap in Tournaments, with the goal of providing a more balanced and competitive environment across Tournament tiers. What does this mean? Teams whose squad OVR exceeds the upper limit set for the selected Tournament tier will have the OVR of their starting XI adjusted in Tournament matches, as follows:
League Tier | OVR Cap (“On Fire” included) |
Starter | 90 OVR |
Semi Pro | 95 OVR |
Pro | 100 OVR |
Master | 105 OVR |
Elite | 110 OVR |
Legend | no upper limit |
OVR capping is applied to the total squad OVR, which takes into account the base OVR and the "On Fire" bonus. It is applied automatically at the start of the match, first on the “On Fire” bonus and then on the base OVR.
