Most of the time, purchased items are delivered immediately. However, in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours to process the purchase.

If after 24 hours you still have not received the purchased items, please reach out to the dedicated support team depending on the payment method that you have used. 

For purchases made through the Top Goal app downloaded from PlayStore:
Please contact us and send the following information:
    • Gmail address you use for Google Wallet purchases.
    • Google Play receipt of your purchase. Receipts will be emailed to you after every purchase so check your inbox.
