There are two ways to get the On Fire Boost: buying a player or achieving a player’s Training Goals for the season. A player who is On Fire has a base On Fire Boost value which is set at 5. This value increases when the On Fire player makes a connection with other On Fire players in the squad.

Good motivation spreads easily, so having two or more On Fire players next to one another gives an even more impactful boost for your Squad. The On Fire boost resets at the end of the season.
